和谐社区建设中的社区阶层化问题探析

摘　　要：社区阶层关系的和谐是和谐社区建设的重要基础。在社区发育过程中,由于社区成员的分化,社区不同阶层的社会心理、生活方式、文化价值观等不断发生分化,社区内部异质性增加,出现阶层化趋势。这种分化,既是挑战,也是机遇。社区的阶层化趋势能促进社区居民高度自治;有利于社区服务的产业化经营,提高服务水平;还能增强政府扶持的针对性,从而对和谐社区建设起到推动作用并促进整个社会的稳定和发展。The harmony of the community stratification relationship is an important foundation of the harmonious community construction.In the process of the community development, because of the differentiation of the community members,the different strata of the ethic values, the life styles and the social values of the different stratification of the community are changing： The internal heterogeneity stratification trend has strengthened and the tendency of stratification will appear.For this kind of differentiation,there are both of challenges and opportunities.The tendency of community stratification can promote the high degree of autonomy community,be favorable for the industrialization management of community service,and can enhance the level of service;It can enhance the government support pertinency for the construction of the harmonious community,thus it can play a role in improving the construction and promote the stability and the development of the whole society.
