摘 要:采用溶解析出法,以MgCl2为载体、新型烷氧基硅烷为给电子体,制备了用于乙烯聚合的高效Ziegler-Natta催化剂;探讨了给电子体的结构及其用量等对催化剂性能和颗粒形态的影响。采用SEM,WAXD,ICP等方法表征了催化剂的颗粒形态及催化剂的载钛量;采用GPC,WAXD,FTIR等方法表征了聚乙烯的结构和性能。实验结果表明,当聚合温度70℃、n(Al)∶n(Ti)=90、n(二乙氧基异丙氧基叔丁氧基硅烷)∶n(MgCl2)=0.20时,催化剂的活性最高,达到8.1×106g/(mol.g.h);催化乙烯聚合时所得聚乙烯呈宽峰分布(相对分子质量分布指数为48.0)。SEM表征结果显示,聚乙烯粒子呈球形,且分布较均匀;WAXD和FTIR表征结果显示,该催化剂能催化乙烯与1-己烯进行共聚,且共聚单体的插入量较多。High efficient Ziegler-Natta catalysts supported on MgCl2 were prepared by dissolvingprecipitating of MgCI: with novel alkoxy silanes as the electron donors, which were used in ethylene polymerization. The influences of the structures and amounts of the electron donors on the properties and the morphology of the catalyst particles were investigated. The morphology of the catalyst particles and the Ti contents in the catalysts were characterized by means of SEM, WAXD and ICP. The effects of polymerization temperature and mole ratio of Al to Ti on the ethylene polymerization were studies. The activity of the catalyst with the diethoxy-isopropoxy- (t-butoxy) -silane (DEIPTBS) as the electron donor was the highest (8. 1×10^6g/(mol·g·h)) under polymerization temperature 70 ℃, mole ratio of Al to Ti 90 and mole ratio of DEIPTBS to MgCl2 0.20, and the relative molecular mass distribution of the obtained polyethylene was broad (48.0). The obtained polymer and copolymer were characterized by means of GPC, WAXD and FFIR.
