海力特联合病毒唑治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨海力特联合病毒唑治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法　用海力特联合大剂量病毒唑治疗慢性乙型肝炎６０例，并与６０例用一般保肝药物治疗的慢性乙型肝炎进行了观察对比。结果　治疗组总有效率为８８．３３％，明显优于对照组（７１．６２％），（Ｐ＜０．０５）。其ＡＬＴ，γＧＴ，Ａ／Ｇ复常率分别为９０％，９５．２５％，６８．４２％，均明显优于对照组。另外对ＨＢＶ也有一定的抑制作用。ＨＢｅＡｇ和ＨＢＶＤＮＡ阴转率分别为３８．００％和３８．４６％，均高于对照组。结论　海力特联合病毒唑对改善慢性乙型肝炎患者临床症状、肝功均有较好疗效，且具有一定的ＨＢｅＡｇ，ＨＢＶＤＮＡ转阴作用。Objective To study the clinnical effect of treatment in patients with chronic hepatitis B Method As case group,60 patients with chronic hepatitis B were treated with hailite and Ribavivin,another 60 patients with chronic hepatitis B treated with common drug for liver protection as control group Result The effective rate of treatment was 88.33% in case group,71.62%(P<0.05) in control goup The rastorative rates to normality of ALT,γ GT and A/G were 90%,95.24% and 68.42% respectively in case group,which was higher than in control group The return rater of negativity of HBeAg and HBV DNA were 38.00% and 38.46%,which also was higher than the control group This treatment showed a inhibitive role to HBV to some extent Conclusion This treatment improved the clinical symptoms and liver function of cases with chronic hepatitis B and returned their positivities of HBeAg and HBV DNA to negativities to a certain extent
