摘　　要：目的:探讨老年脑卒中患者预防和降低肺部感染的呼吸道管理的护理。方法:回顾性分析2008年3月至2009年4月神经内科收治的老年脑卒中患者发生肺部感染的资料,归纳分析发生肺部感染的危险因素后,采用针对性预防呼吸道感染的护理措施,对2009年5月至2010年6月老年脑卒中患者进行护理。结果:肺部感染率从19.5%降至14.7%。结论:提示采取积极主动地护理防治措施可以减少肺部感染的发生,提高了患者的救治率。Objective：A study on the nursing with prevention of geriatric stroke patients and respiratory management of cut down the lung infection rate.Methods：The information of geriatric stroke patients with lung infection,which were received and cured from March.2008 to April.2009,is retrospective study.By arranging,summing up and analyzing the risk factors for lung infection,we take some pertinent nursing intervention to the geriatric stroke patients from May.2009 to June 2010.Results： The rate of lung infection is decreased from 19.5% to 14.7%.Conclusions： Take the positive nursing can cut down the lung infection rate and highly improve the survival rate of patients.
