摘　　要：目的探讨老年慢性心力衰竭并发心肾综合征患者的临床特点。方法采用回顾分析方法对39例老年心肾综合征患者临床特点进行分析。结果冠心病和高心病是其发生的主要原因,在治疗原发病的基础上,综合治疗心功能衰竭和肾功能衰竭有一定疗效。结论早期明确诊断和合理治疗有助控制病情进展。Objective To explore the clinical features of the occurrence of cardiorenal syndrome in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Restrospective study was done on 39 elderly patients with cardiorenal syndrome.Results Coronary heart disease and high anxiety were the main cause of cardiorenal syndrome in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.On the basis of treatment of primary diseases,comprehensive treatment of chronical heart failure and renal failure had certain curative effect.Conclusion Early diagnosis and reasonable treatment are helpfor in controlling the disease progression.
