摘  要:中药重楼化学成分复杂,药理活性强,临床应用范围广,是"云南白药"等多种中成药的主要原料之一。由于重楼生长周期长、价格居高不下,加之对该药狂采滥挖,重楼已成国家重点保护的濒危物种,该资源的有效保护和合理利用势在必行。药用植物内生菌次生代谢产物的测定结果证实了内生菌能够产生与宿主植物相同或相似的药用活性成分,中药内生菌资源丰富,应用前景广阔,是新药源研发的宝贵资源,其中通过内生菌一定规模发酵培养生产活性物质被认为是最有前途的一种方法。traditional building complex, heavy chemical constituents, pharmacological activity of clinical application range, including "yunnan baiyao" is of the main raw material of Chinese. Because of the growth cycle length, the building of the drug prices, and wild by mining, Rhizoma Paridis has become a national key protection of endangered species and resources protection and rational utilization of imperative. Medicinal endophytic fungi secondary metabolite measurement results confirm the endogenous bacteria can produce and host plant of the same or similar to endogenous medicinal fungus, active ingredient rich resources and broad prospect of ap- plication, is a new medicine precious resources, including a certain scale through fermentation cultivation endogenous bacteria produce active material is considered one of the most promising method.
