摘  要:为使高功率发射机的行波管正常工作,设计了其调制器和电源电路。用双稳态触发电路和脉冲变压器组合构成了调制器电路,输出上升沿和下降沿陡峭、时间关系与同步触发脉冲一致的调制脉冲,加到行波管的控制栅极;采用串联型开关电源电路,产生了行波管正常工作所需的低压电源;利用脉冲变换器和高压变压器产生了行波管的高压电源;此外还设计了控制保护电路,用于控制行波管的工作过程,即当电路出现故障时对行波管提供有效的保护。实验证明所设计的电路达到设计要求,运行安全可靠,可推广至其他行波管发射机电路。To make the traveling wave tube of a microwave transmitter work well,the regulator and power supply circuits are designed.The regulator is made up of a double stable state trigger and a pulse transformer.Consistent with the sync trigger pulse in time,the regulator pulse with steep rising and falling edge is outputted to the control gate of the traveling wave tube from the regulator.The low voltages for traveling wave tube are supplied by series switching circuit.The pulse transformer and high-voltage transformer produce the high voltages required for the traveling wave tube.A control and protection circuit is also designed to ensure the right working process of the traveling wave tube and provide effective protection when failures happen.The practical application shows that the designed circuits meet all the requirements,operate safely and reliably and can be extended to other traveling wave tube transmitter.
