摘　　要：[目的]探讨消毒供应中心统一处理口腔器械的效果。[方法]将2008年由口腔科护士处理的口腔器械抽样5 000件设为对照组,2009年由消毒供应中心人员按标准流程处理的口腔器械抽样5 000件设为观察组,进行清洗质量;不同包装,同一脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌的器械质量;口腔科医生和椅旁护士满意度比较。[结果]由消毒供应中心处理的口腔器械其清洗质量,包装、灭菌质量,口腔科医生和椅旁护士对器械质量的满意度均高于口腔科护士处理的口腔器械(P<0.001)。[结论]口腔器械由消毒供应中心统一处理,能保证器械质量,有效控制医院感染,保证病人安全。Objective：Targeting at the quality problems existed in the dental instruments disinfected by the dental nurses to probe into the effect that the sterile supply centre deal with.Methods：A total of 5000 dental instruments which were handled by dental nurses in 2008 were sampled as control group,another 5000 dental instruments which were disinfected by sterile supply centre according to standard flow-sheet in 2009 were taken as the observation group.Then the cleaning quality,equipment quality sterilized by different packaging and the same pulse vacuum pressure steam sterilizer and satisfaction between dental doctors and chair-side nurses were compared.Results：the cleaning quality,packaging and sterilization quality of dental instruments by handled sterile supply centre,satisfaction of dental doctors and chair-side nurses at device quality were higher than dental nurses（P0.001）.Conclusion：Dental equipments handled by the sterile supply centre can ensure the device quality,effectively controlling hospital infection and ensure patients＇ safety.
