摘 要:采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术对270例HBV不同血清学标志及不同组合进行了HBV-DNA的检测。揭示HBV-DNA在HBeAg标志中检出率最高,阳性率为100.00%;其次是HBsAg、抗-HBc和抗一HBe,阳性率分别为66.0%、65.9%和46.2%;在抗-HBS标志物中未能检出HBV-DNA。并示出了HBV-DNA在HBV血清学标志不同组合中的阳性率有着非常显著性差别,研究表明,在HBeAg阴性组合中,采用聚合酶链反应技术检测HBV-DNA的临床意义,同明还分析了HBV-DNA与性别、HBsAg滴度及ALT的关系。A study on the detection of HBV-DNA was conducted by Polymerase Chain Realtion (PCR) among 270 cases of different combination. The result showed of the detective rate of HBV-DNA was the highest in HBe marker with it's 100% positive rate, and consequently in HBsAg Anti-HBC and Anti-HBe with their positive rate being 66%, 65. 9% and 46. 2% respeqively, but HBV-DNA hadn't been detected in anti-HBs marker. And the result showed that there's a significant difference amog thepositive rate of HBV-DNA in different combinations of Serological markers for HBV. This study demonstrated the clinical significance of detecting HBV-DNA by PCR in the combination of negative HBeAg, meanwhile we analyzed the relationship betweem HBV-DNA and sex. HBsAg titer. ALT.
