摘　　要：当前,农村社会处于转型期,农村社区建设已成为构建社会主义新农村、建设和谐社会战略任务的重要途径。打破城乡二元管理体制,构建城乡社区一体化管理体制已是时代的要求,以农村社区重建为平台,政府必须改革农村社区管理体制,优化农村社会管理,才能实现农民提高生活水平和实现社会和谐的目标,在治理理论与实践的指导下,建设多元主体合作治理机制有其可行性和现实意义。In the new period,the transformation of rural social management mechanism is a necessary requirement for building rural communities.Building rural communities has its inevitabilities,and with the changes in rural society demands a new optimum social management mechanism.Under the guidance of theory and practice of governance,the reconstruction of multiple co-governance mechanism from the reform of management system of rural communities,perfecting the rural social management and building a integrative ministration system has its feasibility and practical significance.
