摘 要:针对传统聚丙烯酸酯乳液中含有大量的小分子乳化剂,乳液胶膜的耐水性、耐污性差,粘结力及强力下降.并且将该乳液用于涂料印花、涂料染色时,织物的湿摩擦牢度效果不理想等问题,采用极少量(即对单体0.4%)实验室自制的可聚合乳化剂,通过预乳化半连续滴加工艺进行无皂乳液聚合,制成具有柔软性、成膜性和摩擦牢度好的粘合剂,确定了最佳的工艺条件.结果表明,自制涂料印花粘合剂在手感、耐水洗、干摩擦牢度等方面性能优良.The traditional polyacrylate emulsion containing a large number of small molecule emulsifiers which cause a serial problems,such as water resistance,cohesion and strength of the films decline,the wet rubbing fastness of finished fabric are not good enough.In order to solve these problems effectively,emulsifier-free polymerization was studied by pre-emulsified and semi-continuous adding technics with the self-made polymerizable emulsifier(monomer,0.4%),to make the good adhesive synthesized which is better in the flexible behavior,film formation and fastness to rubbing.Meanwhile the appropriate technology conditions is determined.The concludes show that the product expresses excellent characteristic in handle,the fastness to alkalis washing,the fastness to crocking and so on.
