摘　　要：以"需求分析"理论为框架,通过多样本问卷调查,分析学生英语技能与企业需求之间的差异表现及成因,提出以社会需求为导向的ESP教学模式是未来大学英语教学改革的方向;采用因子分析法探讨影响ESP教学的主要因素,指出改善"教学行为"因子能优化学生技能结构,满足企业复合型、应用性人才的需求,从而为高校积极探索ESP教学改革提供依据.Needs analysis is conducted to probe into the gaps between college ESP teaching and the workplace requirements through the investigation into the language needs of non-English majors and the job-experienced graduates.College ESP teaching is suggested to shift to the market-oriented model.By applying factor analysis,it aims to find out the most influential factors on ESP teaching,and some strategies are put forward to provide a basis for college ESP teaching and learning.
