摘　　要：介绍针对一种易燃易爆品设计的自动旋盖机。该旋盖机基于气动元件设计,包括送料、夹持、旋盖和取料机构,采用可编程控制器(programmable logic controller,PLC)控制,实现了易燃易爆品的自动旋盖功能。A pneumatic cap screwing machine is designed to assemble the given inflammatble and explosive products automatically, according to their structure feature and assembly requirement. The mechine is formed of feed mechanisim, holding device, cap screwing part and unloading mechanisim, which are designed based on pneumatic components and controlled by PLC. The screwing results show that this machine is valid to use.
