摘　　要：在工业控制中,对顺序动作的控制是一种非常常见的控制方式;但是对于较大型的程序编程不易,现场调试更是一件繁琐的事情。文章以SIMENS公司生产的S7-200系列机型为例,通过常见的顺序控制形式,介绍了一种逻辑清晰、编程简单、调试方便、易于掌握的方法,并根据不同型号的PLC指令不尽相同的特点,介绍了多种利用指令或内部寄存器实现顺序编程的方法。Sequence control is a common method in the field of industrial control. But the designing and writing of large-scale programs is difficult and the testing on the spot is also laborious. A method has been introduced in this paper, which with characteristics of clearly logic, simply programming, convenient debugging and easily mastering, exemplified by the application of the S7 - 200 programmable controller made by SIMENS and common sequence control form. It also has introduced several sequence control methods realized by different instruction and different internal register for different type of PLC has different instructions and hardware.
