城乡公交一体化中常见问题与相关建议

摘　　要：目前国内对城乡间的公交出行研究较少,而在城市化进程不断加快和城乡一体化的大环境下,农村已不再是单一的农村,城市也不是完全脱离农村的城市,城市与农村间的联系日益紧密。提出从城乡一体化的角度出发,探讨建立城乡公交一体化格局,并在管理体制、思想观念、经营模式、行业管理政策和公交线网规划上进行相关问题的分析。最后,提出城乡公交一体化在管理体制、运营机制等方面的对策。Less attention is focused on trips by public traffic between a city and country recently.But under the circumstances of citifying and exploitation,country is not single country while a city is not a city breaking away from country.The relationship between cities and country is more and more closer.So this paper put forward establishing a pattern of town-country public traffic integration,the management system,ideology,and the business model,industry management and the public transportation network planning policy is analyzed.Proposed the integration of urban and rural public transportation system in the management,operation mechanism and other aspects of countermeasures.
