摘　　要：通过构建SWOT模型,并结合AHP分析方法,针对兰州地区的特点,对影响铁路集装箱中心站发展的主要因素进行两两比较分析,在此基础上提出兰州地区铁路集装箱中心站发展的基本策略,即SO战略,抓住机遇,充分利用自身优势。The paper analyzes the primary factors which affect the development of the railway container terminal by building the SWOT model and using AHP.Then,a basic strategy of railway container center station＇s development is proposed,that is,which catch the opportunity to full play their strengths.
