调糖灵治疗葡萄糖耐量异常的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察调糖灵对葡萄糖耐量异常的临床疗效。方法选取葡萄糖耐量异常病人80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。两组均采取饮食控制和生活方式干预,对照组口服二甲双胍,每次250mg,每天3次,治疗组在对照组基础上加服中药方剂调糖灵。两组均治疗3个月。治疗结束后测量两组总胆固醇、三酰甘油、75gOGTT实验各时限血糖,并进行症状评分。结果治疗组治疗后症状积分、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、OGTT实验各时限血糖降低,且其治疗后的症状积分、OGTT实验2h血糖较对照组为低(均P<0.05),转化为正常糖耐量率治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药复方调糖灵具有防治IGT的作用。Objective To observe the curative effect of Tiaotangling in treating impaired glucose tolerance（IGT）.Methods 80 patients with impaired glucose tolerance were randomly divided into treatment group and control group（n=40 in each group）.Both of the two groups were given diet and lifestyle intervention.The control group take orally dimethylbiguanide tablet,3 times a day,250mg for each time.The treatment group were given Chinese Herbs Tiaotangling on the base of the control group.Both of the two groups were given treatment for 3 months.After the 3 months treatment,lipid levels and oral glucose tolerance test were measured,and the clinic symptom was assessed and scored.Results In the treatment group,after treatment,the grade of clinic symptom,total cholesterol and triglyceride,the glucose of all times in OGTT were reduced compared with that before treatment;The score of clinic symptom and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in OGTT were significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion Chinese Herbs Tiaotangling can be used as an effective primary prevention prescription of IGT.
