湖北贝母的净制工艺研究

摘　　要：目的优选湖北贝母的最佳净制工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以多种指标综合评价湖北贝母,从而确定最佳净制工艺。结果湖北贝母的最佳净制工艺为:水处理工艺,加水量1倍,水洗次数2次,时间2m in;干燥工艺,温度50℃,时间为5h,翻动2次。结论本研究制定的湖北贝母的净制工艺稳定可行。Objective To optimize the best process of refining Bulbus Fritillaria Hupehensis.Methods The orthogonal test was applied for determination of the best cleansing process by evaluation on a variety of indexes.Results The best process of water treatment was that double water addition,washed twice,washing time 2min and drying was that temperature 50 ℃,drying time 5h,flip twice.Conclusion This process of cleansing Bulbus Fritillaria Hupehensis is stable and feasible.
