正交试验法优选藤茶参口含片的提取工艺

摘　　要：目的优选藤茶参口含片的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,以提取液中蛇葡萄素含量及浸膏得率为指标,用高效液相色谱法进行测定,优选藤茶参口含片的提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为8倍量的水浸泡1.5h,提取2次,每次1h。结论该提取工艺稳定,安全,简便易行。Objective To establish the optimal extraction process of Tengchashen Buccal tablet.Methods：The content of ampelopsin and dry extractive material taken were set as indexes for Orthogonal test.Results The optimum extraction conditions were 8 times water soak for 1.5h,extract twice and 1h each time.Conclusion The optimum process of Tengchashen Buccal tablet is simple,stable and effective.
