摘  要:对田间生长的8 a生转抗虫基因(Bt cry1A和API)三倍体毛白杨进行分子生物学检测,证明外源基因在杨树基因组中稳定存在。对试验林进行节肢动物调查表明,林内节肢动物共有11个目、26个科,已明确为害虫的有11种,占整个群落的42%;天敌(包括捕食性与寄生性)8种,占群落的31%;中性昆虫7种,占群落的27%,其中主要害虫为美国白蛾。秋季对试验林叶面积损失调查表明,不同转基因系号的抗虫性有明显差异,有4个株系没有被美国白蛾啃食,10个株系的食叶面积小于10%,6个株系的食叶面积在10%~15%之间。Some 8a hybrid triploid of Chinese white poplar transformed Bt cry1A+API genes were detected by PCR and proved that the exogenous genes were stable in the poplar genome.The natural plant were classified based on vegetation difference,and their communities were compared trough sampling investigation of insects belonging to 11 orders,26 families.The pests had 11 species,42% of all the community.The natural enemies had 8 species,31% of all the community,and the neutral insects had 7 species,27% of all the community.The main insect was Hyphantria cunea.The results of leaf damage survey on the fall season showed that insect-resistance of transgenic clones were significantly different.4 clones had not been grazed by Hyphantria cunea.The leaf area eaten rate of 10 clones were less than 10%,while that of other 6 clones were 10%~15%.
