摘　　要：目的总结睾丸肿瘤的声像图特缸。方法回顾分析经病理证实的96例睾丸肿瘤患者的超声表现。结果96例睾丸肿瘤均表现为低回声肿块，肿瘤声像图与不同病理类型相对应。良性睾丸肿瘤内部血流信号稀少甚至无血流，恶性睾丸肿瘤内部及周围血流信号丰富。结论超声检查是在睾丸肿瘤诊断和良恶性鉴别诊断中肄有非常重要价值的影像学方法。Objective To study the uhrasonographie appearance of testieular neoplasms. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out to the uhrasonographie diagnosis to 96 eases of testicular neoplasms. All eases were confirmed by pathology. Results Testieular neoplasms were with hypoechoie lesions in all of the eases. Uhrasonographie appearance was relative to different pathologie types. There was less or no-flow in benign testieular neoplasms, while profusion flow within and surrounding in malignant testicular neoplasms. Conlusions Uhrasonography is a valuable imaging method in the diagnosis and in differential diagnosis of benign or malignant of teslieular neoplasms
