摘　　要：目的探讨腹部带蒂修复手外伤的护理措施。方法术前耐心、细致、全面评估患者，有针对性做好术前心理护理及相应术前准备，术后落实好基础护理，严密观察皮瓣血运、血管危象监测、创面感染预防、体位放置与肢体固定，功能锻炼等措施。结果25例手外伤行腹部带蒂皮瓣术完全成活，1例皮瓣坏死，经Ⅱ期植皮修复后，皮瓣愈合良好。结论科学的临床护理是防止术后并发症，保证手外伤行腹部带蒂皮瓣术成功的重要保证。Objective To study the measurements on how to repair abdominal pedicle of the nursing care to hand injuries. Methods Preoperative measures as patient, meticulous and comprehen- sive assessment to patients should be conducted Preoperative psychological care and the corresponding wound infection prevention should also be targeted, as well as the postoperative basic nursing. During the progress, the posture and body placement fixing, functional exercise, wound surface infection prevention,skin flap and blood vessel crisis monitoring were observed strictly. Results 25 cases of hand trauma abdominal surgery pedicle flap survived completely, and 1 with flap necrosis, but after two skin graft repair, the flap was well healed. Conclusion The scientific clinical care can provide an important guarantee to prevent postoperative complications and ensure abdominal pedicle flap in hand trauma patients successfully.
