摘 要:以中国龙船花(lxora chinensis)一年生成熟枝条木质化或半木质化的中、下段为插穗,研究了不同浓度激素和不同培养基质对插条生根的影响。结果表明:不同的培养基质对扦插的生根率、生根数以及生根长度均存在显著性影响,其中以半沙半泥培养基质的效果最为理想;不同激素混合液以75 mg.L-1IBA+75 mg.L-1NAA处理组的插条生根率与平均生根数最高,且与其它浓度处理差异显著。The effect of mixture of different concentrations of growth regulators and different cutting medium on rooting of Chinese Ixora(Ixora chinensis) annual or semi-mature lignified branches of middle and lower section of the cuttings was studied.The results showed that the effect of different mediums on rooting rate,root number and root length were significant difference,and the effect of sand and clay in half medium was the best.In the three different hormone mixture,the root rate and average root number of 75 mg·L-1IBA+75 mg·L-1 NAA hormone mixture were the highest and there was significant differences with the other treatments.
