摘　　要：低碳城市建设是缓解气候变化危机的重要举措,而低碳城市规划是低碳城市建设的关键技术。研究从低碳城市规划的理论、低(零)碳社区理念与实践、低碳城市未来发展3个方面,对国内外低碳城市规划研究进展进行综述,并从低碳城市的界定及路径、低碳城市规划建设、低碳技术的普及和创新、低碳城市建设实施机制4个方面提出未来低碳城市规划研究的趋势。This paper analyzes the relationship of low carbon city and climate change on the background of global warming.It investigates how low carbon city construction is very important to the mitigation of global warming,and how low carbon planning is the key to low carbon construction.Then,this paper gives a summarization of low carbon city planning study from three aspects： low carbon planning theories,low carbon community construction,and future development trends.
