氨水及其复合溶液吸收烟气中CO_2实验研究

摘　　要：采用搅拌实验装置,研究氨水溶液及不同配比的氨水-二乙烯三胺(DETA)复合溶液对烟道气中二氧化碳的吸收和解吸性能,揭示了吸收速率、吸收容量和酸碱度与时间之间的内在联系;对CO2初始逸出温度、试液再生温度、试液再生率、再生pH下降率进行了细致记录分析。结果表明,氨水-DETA二元复合体系吸收效果优于单组份氨水的吸收效果,氨水-DETA复合溶液配比为0.9∶0.1时,吸收效果最佳,吸收量约为0.786 mol/L;氨水-DETA复合体系之间存在正交互作用。Stirring experimental setup is used to study the capability of absorption and desorption of carbon dioxide in flue gas in aqueous ammoniae solution and different proportions of aqueous ammonia-DETA complex solution.The study revealed the intrinsic link between absorption rate,absorption capacity,pH and time.Meanwhile,it is recorded and analyzed the initial escape of CO2 temperature,regeneration temperature,regeneration and decline rate of pH regeneration.Experimental results show that the absorption effect of aqueous ammonia solution is worse than NH3·H2O-DETA solution.The effect of absorption is the best,and the absorption capacity was 0.768 mol/L,when binary complex system NH3·H2O ∶DETA is 0.9 ∶0.1.It exists positive interaction between aqueous ammonia and DETA solution.
