摘 要:以5-甲基间苯二甲酸为配体与吡啶、氯化锌反应,水热合成制得手性链配合物5-甲基间苯二甲酸吡啶锌(Ⅱ),并培养成单晶。通过元素分析和核磁共振氢谱测试技术对其结构进行了表征,用X射线单晶衍射测定了配合物的晶体结构。该配合物晶体属正交晶系,空间群为P212121,晶胞参数a=0.839 34(9)nm,b=1.294 86(15)nm,c=1.760 2(2)nm,Z=4,V=1.913 1(4)nm3,μ=1.315 mm-1,Dc=1.457 mg/m3,F(000)=864,R1=0.022 7[I>2sigma(I)],wR2=0.059 0(all data),GOF=1.053。测试结果表明,在配合物中锌原子处于四配位的配位环境,配位原子分别来自5-甲基间苯二甲酸中的2个O原子和2个吡啶环上的N原子。分子间通过氢键形成具有二维链结构的手性化合物。配合物的荧光光谱表明,配合物在381.0~386.0 nm处的荧光强度得到了增强。Complexes of chiral chain 5-methyl isophthalate pyridinezinc(Ⅱ) was synthesized from 5-methyl isophthalate,pyridine and zinc chloride.The complex was developed into a single crystal.The compound was characterized by elemental analysis and 1H NMR,and the crystal structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction.The crystal belonged to the orthorhombic system with space group P212121,with a=0.839 34(9) nm,b=1.294 86(15) nm,c=1.760 2(2) nm,Z=4,V=1.913 1(4) nm3,μ=1.315 mm-1,Dc=1.457 mg/m3,F(000)=864,R1=0.022 7[I2sigma(I)],wR2=0.059 0(all data),GOF=1.053.In this molecule,the Zn atom exists in a tetrahedral coordination environment in which one ligand 5-methyl isophthalate acid in the two O atoms and two pyridine N atoms.Intermolecular hydrogen bonds formed by two-dimensional chain structure with a chiral compound.Fluorescence spectra showed that complex in 381.0~386.0 nm fluorescence intensity had been enhanced.
