摘 要:以月桂酸单异丙醇酰胺(LMIPA)为原料,用顺丁烯二酸酐酯化,再经Na2SO3磺化合成月桂酸单异丙醇酰胺磺基琥珀酸单酯盐(LMIPA-SS),对其合成条件进行了探索研究,并测试其性能。结果表明:酯化条件为n(LMIPA)∶n(顺酐)=1∶1.15,酯化温度75℃,选用碱性催化剂其用量为原料质量的1.5%为宜;磺化反应以25%的Na2SO3水溶液加入,其加入量为加酐量的1.10倍,磺化温度70℃较佳。该条件下的产品收率达81.09%以上,经提纯后PAPGS的纯度可达91.13%,同时研究了月桂酸单异丙醇酰胺磺基琥珀酸单酯盐的性能,其主要表面化学性能为:表明张力为31.83×10-3N/m,临界胶束浓度为8×10-4mol/L,钙皂分散力LSDP为30%,乳化性为32′57″,泡沫性为118 mm/102 mm。LMIPA-SS was synthesized by esterifying LMIPA with maleic anhydride and then sulfonating the monoester with Na2SO3.The synthetic conditions of LMIPA-SS were explored and the product properties were tested.The results demonstrate that the suitable esterifying conditions are as follows:the molar ratio of LMIPA to maleic anhydride 1 ∶1.15,the reaction temperature 75 ℃.Amount of alkaline catalyst was 1.5%(based on the weight of LMIPA).The optimum sulfonating conditions are to add 25% Na2SO3 water solution whose amount is 1.10 times of C4H2O3,and the reaction temperature kept at 70 ℃.Under these conditions,yield of LMIPA-SS is 81.09% and the purity can reach 91.13% after purification.The properties of LMIPA-SS were also studied.The main surface chemical properties are as follows:the critical surface tension 31.83×10^-3N/m,the critical micelle 8×10^-4 mol/L,the dispersibility LSDP 30%,the emulsifying 32′57〃,the foaming properties 118 mm/102 mm.
