摘　　要：为了提高黑龙江垦区粳稻供应链的竞争力,为"影子垦区"找到理论基础,选择政府对农产品供应链上各主体的补贴力度代表政府调控程度的结构变量,建立一个粳稻供应链网络结构模型,用该模型揭示粳稻供应链本质特性,提出改进粳稻供应链集成程度的协作原则。在此基础上,进行集成粳稻供应链的约束分析,表明粳稻供应链利润向下游主体流动的趋势无法靠供应链内部集成机制反向平衡,政府沿供应链各主体向上游逐渐增强补贴支持力度才能增强供应链的集成程度,从而提出了有利于粳稻供应链集成的政府政策。图1,参9。To improve the competitive power of the supply chain of the round-grained rice in Heilongjiang Land-Reclamation Area,to find the fund theoretical principle of the external orientation development of Heilongjiang Agriculture Group,the structural model of the supply chain of the round-grained rice is built,in which a structural variable,grain subsidy,represented the subsidy by government control.The model shows the natural of the supply chain.The cooperative principles are suggested to improve the integration of the supply chain based on the model.The limits of integrating the supply chain are analyzed by the cooperative principles.The results show that the profit of the supply chain flows from up to down entities in the supply chain,but the integration of internal supply chain cannot balance against the flow of profit.The government＇s subsidy increases from down to up entities in the supply chain to improve the integration of the supply chain.So the policies of government are suggested to improve the integration of the supply chain.
