摘 要:采用田间长期定位试验的方法,检测土壤中的胞囊数量和单胞囊卵量,旨在探讨作物轮作方式对大豆胞囊线虫胞囊数量和单胞囊卵量的影响。研究结果显示,连作与轮作大豆田土壤中大豆胞囊线虫胞囊数量15 a连作和轮作分别为62.7个.(100g干土)-1和67.5个.(100g干土)-1,16 a连作和轮作分别为63.7个.(100g干土)-1和64.7个.(100g干土)-1;麦豆区田间大豆胞囊线虫胞囊数量显著高于米豆区。连作15 a和16 a大豆田的胞囊线虫单胞囊卵量低于50个发生频率分别为93.0%和89.0%;麦米豆轮作区,多于200个卵的胞囊出现频率最高,轮作15 a和16 a分别是51.0%和48.3.%。长期连作大豆虽然没有减少土壤中的胞囊数量,但却使胞囊中的含卵量大大降低。图2,表2,参13。In order to investigate the crop rotation on soybean cyst nematode cyst volume and the impact of a single cyst.Long-term orientation with the field test used to detect the number of cysts in the soil and a single cyst of eggs.The results showed that continuous cropping and crop rotation soybean field soil,the cyst volume of 15-year continuous cropping and rotation,respectively,62.7 and 67.5 / 100g dry soil;for 16 years continuous cropping and rotation,respectively,63.7 and 64.7 / 100g dry soil;The volume of cyst in wheat-soybean rotation field was significantly higher than the number of corn-soybean area.Even for 15 years and 16 soybean fields in a single cyst,the eggs is less than 50 frequencies were 93.0% and 89.0%;wheat-corn-soybean rotation area,more than 200 eggs cyst highest frequency,rotation 15 years and 16 years were 51.0% and 48.3.%.Although there is no long-term continuous cropping of soybean cyst in the soil to reduce the cyst volume,but the eggs contained in cyst in the greatly reduced.
