摘 要:从无线接收机宽带放大器模块对射频小信号进行低噪声放大的实际性能需求出发,在设计上选用了一种新型的宽带运放芯片CLC425,充分利用了该器件的超低噪声和高增益带宽的特点,在充分掌握该器件原理特性的基础上,采用两级放大器级联的方式,发挥芯片低噪声的优势,在保证放大增益的同时尽量减少附加噪声的引入,并在主体放大电路的基础上设计完善了具体的外围配置电路、供电电路和滤波电路等。电路整体实现比较简单,放大效果满足运用需求。From the actual requirement to the low-noise amplifier performance of little RF signal, a new kind of wideband op amp chip CLC425 was used in the design of broadband amplifier module in wireless receiver. The chip's characters of low noise and high gain bandwidth were fully used. On the basis of completely mastering the chip's theory and characters, the mode of two degrees amplifier cascading was used to bring the low-noise advantage of chip into play, and to ensure the amply gain, at the same time to reduce the additional noise. On the basis of main amplifier circuit, the periphery deploy circuit, power supply circuit and filter circuit were designed and developed. The whole circuit of module is easy to realize, and the amplify effect satisfies the requirement of application.
