摘 要:采用不同热处理工艺、不同载荷、不同磨损时间对两种成分(不同相变点)的CuZnAl(RE)形状记忆合金进行了干滑动磨损试验。用TEM和XRD对磨损表面和合金相组成进行了观察与检测。试验结果表明:时效处理的合金耐磨性能优于分级淬火处理的合金,合金相变温度对磨损性能的影响受摩擦副温度与载荷的制约,随载荷增加合金塑性变形增大,使合金表面层破坏而失重,外应力越大,合金塑性变形越大,磨损失重也越大。形状记忆效应和超弹性以及合金的晶粒细化能够明显提高CuZnAl(RE)形状记忆合金的耐磨性。Two kinds of CuZnAl(RE) shape memory alloys(with different phase-transition temperatures) were tested in the condition of dry sliding under different loads,testing times and heat-treatments.The worn surface of the alloy and its phase construction were observed by TEM and XRD.The results indicated that the wear property of CuZnAl(RE) alloy after ageing was better than that of the alloys treated by step quenching.The wear property which was effected by phase-transition temperature of CuZnAl(RE) alloy was related to the temperature of rubbing couples and loads.The plastic deformation of alloys was enlarged with the increase of loads which caused the surface damage and the weight loss of the alloys.The wear resistance of CuZnAl(RE) shape memory alloys could be improved obviously by the shape memory effect,hyperelasticity and grain refinement.
