豫中浓香型烟区新引烤烟品种特征特性研究

摘　　要：为筛选出适合豫中烟区生态条件并达到优质、适产、抗性好、浓香型特色突出的烤烟新品种,2009年在平顶山烟区进行了6个品种比较试验。对6个烤烟品种NC297、NC102、KRK26、KRK28、NC89和中烟100的生物学性状、经济性状、抗病性、外观品质及内在质量进行了研究分析。结果表明,(1)KRK26和KRK28大田生育期、株高、茎围、叶数、节距明显高于其他品种,NC297和NC102与两对照的生物学性状相差不大。(2)烟叶产量以KRK28最高,产值和上中等烟比例均以中烟100最高,NC297的产量、产值、中上等烟比例均优于对照NC89。(3)NC297、KRK26、NC89原烟外观品质最佳,化学成分协调性和感官评吸均以NC297和NC89最佳。(4)新品种对普通花叶病、黑胫病的抗性均好于对照NC89,KRK26的综合抗病性表现最好,对照NC89最差。从各品种烟叶农艺性状、经济性状、内在质量和抗病性综合分析来看,品种NC297表现最好,可以在豫中烟区进一步示范验证。In order to select flue-cured tobacco varieties appropriate for planting in Central Area of Henan Province,and to select varieties that have high-quality,fitness for production,and fine resistance,field comparison test of six varieties were conducted.The growth periods,botanic characteristics,yields,leaf qualities,and tastes of six variety NC297,NC102,KRK26,KRK28,NC89 and zhongyan100 were studied at Pingdingshan,Henan province.The results showed that：（1） the growing stage,the plant height,the stem girth,the average leaf number,the node length of KRK26 and KRK28 were the biggest in all varieties,the agronomic characters of NC297 and NC102 were equal to NC89 and zhongyan 100（CK1 and CK2）.（2） KRK28 had the maximum yield,zhongyan100 had the maximum value and the highest proportions of top and middle class tobacco leaves,The yield and value of variety NC297 were higher than NC89（CK1）.（3） NC297,KRK26,NC89 had the best appearance quality;the inherent quality and smoking quality of NC297 and NC89 were better than other varieties.（4） The disease index against TMV and Black shank disease of the new varieties were all higher than NC89（as the control）,KRK26 had the best disease resistance in 6 varieties,NC89 had the worst disease resistance in 6 varieties.A comprehensive analysis on the agronomic traits,economic traits,inherent quality and disease resistance of different tobacco varieties,presented the best performing cultivars NC297,which should be recommended for further demonstration in central area of Henan province.
