摘 要:采用自制的负载钛催化体系[TiCl4/MgCl2-A1Et3],合成了聚1-丁烯与少量丙烯的釜内合金。考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂加入量、丙烯与1-丁烯共聚时间等对催化活性和合金等规度的影响,从而确定了该材料的最佳生产条件。实验结果表明Ti/Bt值约为2.2×10-5,Al/Ti为200左右时,催化剂的催化活性相对较高。升高温度和延长反应时间同样可以提高催化活性及增大合金中的丙烯单元含量。同时还对合金进行了结构表征。The kettle alloy of 1 - butylene with small amount of propylene was prepared by titanium catalyst systems [ TiCl4/MgCl2 - AlEt3 ] which made by ourselves. Examined the influence of some reaction conditions such as temperature, time, catalyst dose, eopolymerization time on the catalytic activity and isotaeticity of the kettle alloy, The best plant conditions were also determined. The results showed that the catalytic activity was relatively higher when Ti / Bt = 2.2 ×10^-5and Al/ Ti =200. The catalytic activity and the content of propylene units of the kettle alloy increase when the temperature or the reaction time was improved. Through a series of structural characterization it could be seen that the structure of i - PB appeared obviously variety because of the addition of propylene.
