摘　　要：以N-苯基邻氨基苯甲酸为原料,经环化、烷基化、磺化三步反应制得柱前衍生化试剂10-乙基吖啶酮-2-磺酰氯,总收率为53.4%。重点探讨了10-乙基吖啶酮-2-磺酰氯纯化方法和重结晶溶剂的选择。目标化合物的结构经核磁、红外、质谱分析确证。Introduced a preparation method of 10 -ethyl aeridine- 2 -sulfonyl chlorid from N - phenylanthranilic acid by such steps as eycloisomerization, alkylation, sulfonation and discussed the purification method of 10 -ethyl aeridine- 2 -sulfonyl chlorid particularly. The total returns ration was approximately 53.4%. The structures of the products were conformed by NMR, IR and ESI- MS.
