摘  要:某高层综合楼基坑邻近建筑物,基础施工采用逆作法,通过选取经济合理的支护和基础形式,以简化施工技术;正确选择上部结构层数,使地上结构和地下结构同步施工;应用创新性大空间挖土方式,加快出土速度;精心设计竖向构件及其节点构造,从而降低工人劳动强度、缩短施工时间,提高逆作法施工功效。A high-rise general building clings to other building. Topdown construction method is adopted in the foundation construction. Construction technique is simplified through selection of economic and reasonable supporting and foundation forms; synchronous construction of overground structure and underground structure is realized through correct selection of number of the superstructure stories; innovative large space excavation mode is adopted to accelerate the excavation speed; vertical members and their node structure are carefully designed to reduce the labor intensity, shorten construction period and improve the construction efficiency of topdown construction method.
