摘　　要：冷弯薄壁型钢结构作为一种新型的建筑结构,由于它良好的各项性能在我国有了初步的发展,但造价偏高,又制约着它的进一步推广应用。结合北川县某冷弯薄壁型钢结构住宅的建设,对其工程造价进行分析,与传统结构住宅体系进行了比较,得出冷弯薄壁型钢结构的工程造价构成特点。初步提出了降低造价对策,为该结构体系的应用提供借鉴。As a state-of-the-art building structure, cold-formed thin-wall steel structure has various favorable performances and has witnessed its preliminary development in China. But its high cost produces limitation to its further promotion and application. With introduction of the construction of cold-formed thin- wall steel structure residential building in Beichuan County, construction cost of the structure is analyzed and it is compared with residential building of traditional structure. Characteristics of construction cost of cold-formed thin-wall steel structure are understood. Preliminary strategies are proposed to reduce the construction cost and to provide references for application of such structural system.
