摘 要:出口到欧洲的生态纺织品中APEO限用已有明确法规,因此,探索APEO含量的测试方法受到印染助剂企业的重视.根据APEO对紫外光吸收的原理,探究了用紫外分光光度计测定溶液APEO质量浓度、用水萃取方法测定织物上APEO含量.结果表明:紫外分光光度计测得乳化剂OP在275 nm处有强的吸收.用紫外分光光度计测定溶液APEO质量浓度时,不必对它进行分离,可依据OP乳化剂工作曲线直接查得.溶液APEO质量浓度>70 mg/L时测试结果误差为0,<70 mg/L时测试结果不准确.用水萃取法测定织物上乳化剂OP含量的误差小于2%.总结了测试中的注意事项.Limit content of APEO in Eco-textiles exporting to Europe had clear regulations. Accordingly, the investigation on testing method of APEO content attracted the attention of auxiliaries industries. According to the mechanism of APEO absorbing ultraviolet light, APEO concentration in solution measured with ultraviolet spectrophotometer and APEO content on fabric measured with water extraction method were investigated. The resuits showed that emulsifier OP had strong absorb at 275 nm measuring with ultraviolet spectrophotometer. When APEO solution concentration was measured with UV spectrophotometer, APEO need not be separated, which could be directly obtained based on the working curve of OP emulsifier. The test errors were 0 when APEO concentration in solution 〉 70 mg/L, however, the test results were not accurate when the solution concentration 〈 70 mg/L. The test errors were lower than 2% during the measurement of emulsifier OP content with water extraction method.
