摘　　要：在《红王妃》中,玛格丽特·德拉布尔通过红王妃的叙述质疑18世纪朝鲜历史,向历史话语挑战。她借红王妃之口再现被正史掩埋的边缘人"野史",颠覆英祖的明君形象,还原思悼受英祖压制被残害致死的历史真面目和红王妃倍受父权思想束缚的生存本质。在重新书写边缘人历史的同时,德拉布尔赋予其现代意义,从芭芭拉的经历揭示出人类生存本质的问题。她通过两位古今人物的并置及其相似命运实现了今天与历史的对话,揭示出跨时代、跨文化社会中普遍存在的共性问题。这种对历史意义的发掘对当代社会有所启示。In The Red Queen,Margaret Drabble questions the 18th century Korean history by inserting the voice of＂the little Red Queen＂.Recalling her life in the claustrophobic court,the Red Queen depicts the cruelty of King Yongjo and reveals the truth of Prince Sado＇s tragic death.This resurrection of the past tells a story of the underprivileged challenging the authority of official historical discourse.Drawing parallels between the life of the Red Queen and that of Babs Halliwell,a contemporary scholar in Oxford,Drabble addresses a set of existential issues across cultures and time.In this case,the Red Queen＇s testimony of survival is especially significant for the light it casts on the connection between the past and the present.
