中医药结合化疗防治非小细胞肺癌术后复发转移的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中医药结合化疗防治非小细胞肺癌术后复发转移的临床疗效。方法采用前瞻、随机、对照的临床研究方法将191例患者分为治疗组97例和对照组94例。对照组采用健择+顺铂化疗;治疗组在化疗期间服用抗瘤增效方,化疗结束后服用肺岩宁方。观察两组无瘤生存期、复发转移情况、生活质量、免疫功能和肿瘤标志物变化。结果治疗组中位无瘤生存期为33.13个月,1、2、3年复发转移率分别为27.84%、43.30%、57.73%;对照组中位无瘤生存期20.87个月,1、2、3年复发转移率分别为29.79%、55.32%、73.40%;两组中位无瘤生存期、2和3年复发转移率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组在生活质量、免疫功能、肿瘤标志物等方面的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医药结合化疗能够延长非小细胞肺癌术后的无瘤生存期,抑制其术后复发转移,改善患者生存质量。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy on recurrence and metastasis in postoperative non-small cell lung cancer.Methods By prospective randomized controlled clinical research methods,191 subjects were divided into two groups： control group in which 94 cases were treated with Gemcitabine plus Cisplatin chemotherapy,and treatment group in which 97 cases were given ＂Kangliu Zengxiao Decoction＂ during chemotherapy and ＂Feiyanning Decoction＂ after chemotherapy.Outcome measures included disease-free survival time,metastasis and recurrence,quality of life,changes of immune function and tumor markers.Results In the treatment group,the median disease-free survival time was 33.13 months,1-,2-and 3-year rates of metastasis and recurrence were 27.84%,43.30% and 57.73% respectively;in the control group,the median disease-free survival time was 20.87 months,1-,2-and 3-year rates of metastasis and recurrence were 29.79%,55.32% and 73.40% respectively;there were significant differences in the median disease-free survival time,2-and 3-year rates of metastasis and recurrence between the two groups（P0.05）.The quality of life,immune function and tumor markers were improved more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy can prolong tumor-free survival,inhibit tumor metastasis and recurrence,and improve patients＇ quality of life in the postoperative non-small cell lung cancer.
