养阴清肺方治疗青春期后痤疮56例

摘　　要：目的观察养阴清肺方治疗青春期后痤疮的临床疗效。方法将109例青春期后痤疮患者随机分为治疗组(56例)和对照组(53例),两组患者均外涂痤疮洗剂;此外,治疗组口服养阴清肺方,对照组口服丹参酮,疗程8周。结果治疗组愈显率为82.14%,对照组为69.18%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中治疗组中度痤疮痊愈率和愈显率分别为75.00%和90.00%,明显高于对照组的56.41%和74.36%(P<0.05)。结论养阴清肺方治疗青春期后痤疮疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Yangyin Qingfei Decoction＂ in the treatment of post-adolescent acne.Methods One hundred and nine cases of post-adolescent acne were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 56 cases were treated with ＂Yangyin Qingfei Decoction＂ and ＂Cuochuang Lotion＂,and contro1 group in which 53 cases were treated with Tanshinone Capsule and ＂Cuochuang Lotion＂,with a course of 8 weeks.Results The marked effective rate was 82.14% in the treatment group and 69.18% in the control group;with a significant difference between them（P0.05）.In the treatment group the cure rate and the total effective rate for moderate post-adolescent acne were 75.00% and 90.00% respectively,higher than 56.41% and 74.36% in the control group,with striking differences between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion ＂Yangyin Qingfei Decoction＂ is quite effective for post-adolescent acne.
