摘  要:利用钢渣的活性,避免钢渣的不稳定性,添加碎石,优选级配,对不同比例组合水泥稳定钢渣-碎石路面基层材料进行了击实、无侧限抗压强度、间接抗拉强度、稳定性和抗冲刷等试验,并对各项力学性能指标做了深入分析.试验与分析显示,只要设计得当,水泥稳定钢渣-碎石完全可以满足路面基层材料使用性能要求.作为工业废渣的钢渣在路面基层的合理有效应用,可以节约石料开采的费用,减少钢渣废弃的污染,实现经济和环境保护的双重效益.It is aimed in this paper how to make best use of activity of steel slag and how to avoid the instability of steel slag.The crushed stone is mixed with steel slag and the optimum gradation of steel slag is determined,and then fundamental mechanical property tests concerning steel slag mixed with crushed stone in different proportions stabilized with Portland cement are carried out,including compaction,unconfined compressive strength test,indirect tensile test,stability test and water erosion resistance test.Further analyses on each mechanical property are also conducted.Therefore,Experiment and analysis show that with appropriate design,steel slag-crushed stone can completely satisfy requirement of performance of pavement base materials.The steel slag,a waste residue,can be applied successfully and efficiently in the pavement base,which not only can save the cost to explore stone and reduce its pollution,but also realize the double benefits of economic and environment protection.
