摘　　要：BS剥色系统是一种储存安全、稳定性好,具有还原性的修色剥色剂。通过试验,研究了其应用于部分直接染料和活性染料染色棉织物的修色剥色处理。结果表明,该修色剥色系统在温和条件下即具有良好的修色剥色作用,对pH值适应范围宽,织物强力损失小。除个别品种,BS修色剥色系统对试验所用的活性染料、直接染料剥色率可达95%以上。其优化的剥色工艺为：剥色组分BS-1 1 g/L,催化组分BS-21g/L,时间20 min,温度80~100℃,pH值为7~9。BS stripping system has storage safety,good stability and strong reducing power.It is used to stripping of cotton dyeings with reactive and direct dyestuffs.It is found that BS stripping system features good stripping effects at mild conditions,wide pH range,as well as low damage to fabric strength.BS system can strip 95% of reactive dyestuffs and direct dyestuffs used in the experiments except for direct pink Y and reactive brilliant blue FN-G.The optimized stripping conditions are： stripping agent BS-1 1 g/L,catalyst BS-2 1 g/L,treating at 80~100 ℃ for 20 min,pH value 7～9.
