太乙保肝胶囊联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎协同增效作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察太乙保肝胶囊联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)协同增效作用的临床效果。方法:治疗组76例患者均采用太乙保肝胶囊加阿德福韦酯治疗,对照组76例患者单用太乙保肝胶囊治疗。治疗组和对照组均在短时段辅以中医辨证调理。2组疗程均为6个月。结果:2组在临床表现、肝功能及相关血细胞、肝纤维化指标、病毒转化应答指标以及肝、脾超声显像变化上的差异有显著性(P<0.05)或非常显著性(P<0.01)意义。结论:以太乙保肝胶囊与阿德福韦酯联合应用治疗CHB显示了抗病毒应答效应的协同增效作用,且未发现耐药基因位点(YMDD)变异的耐药现象。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of combining TaiYi BaoGan capsule with adefovir dipivoxil in treating chronic hepatitis B.Methods：76 patients in treatment group were treated combining TaiYi BaoGan capsule with adefovir dipivoxil,76 patients in control group were treated with TaiYi BaoGan capsule only.The treatment group and control group can be supplemented by Chinese dialectical conditioning in temporary short period applicable to the situation,the treatment course of the 2 groups was 6 months.Results：The difference between the 2 groups was significant（P0.05）or highly significant（P0.01） in clinical manifestations、liver function and related blood cells、liver fibrosis、viral transformation response indicators and the liver and spleen ultrasound imaging changes.Especially in the treatment group,TaiYi BaoGan capsule in combination with adefovir dipivoxil shows the effect of synergies in anti-viral response,and did not find the resistance phenomenon of YMDD mutation.
