复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶联合草木犀流浸液片治疗急性软组织损伤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶联合草木犀流浸液片治疗急性软组织损伤的疗效。方法:将96例外伤后肢体急性软组织损伤患者随机分成复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶组、草木犀流浸液片组和联合用药组,每组32例。分别观察患者软组织肿胀、疼痛、功能障碍等程度的变化。结果:草木犀流浸液片组与复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶组相比疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05),联合用药组症状改善程度均优于单独用药组。结论:复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶联合草木犀流浸液片治疗方案具有明显抗渗出、消肿、止痛作用,治疗急性软组织损伤的疗效明显优于单纯使用草木犀流浸液片或复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶。Objective：To discuss the curative effects of compound Sudium Aescinate Gel with melilotus extract tablets on acute Soft tissue injuries.Methods 96 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group and combined group,32 patients in each group.Results melilotus extract tablet and Sudium Aescinate Gel have the similar effects on extinction of limb swelling（P0.05）.The curative effects of group with both melilotus extract tablet and Sudium Aescinate Gel are superior to groups with melilotus extract tablet or Sudium Aescinate Gel only.Conclusions：Sudium Aescinate Gel with melilotus extract tablets has obvious effects anti-effusion and the subsidence of swelling.The curative effects of Sudium Aescinate Gel with melilotus extract tablets on post traumatic soft tissue injuries are far superior to melilotus extract tablets or Sudium Aescinate Gel only.
