摘 要:大型油浸电力变压器是电力系统中最关键的设备之一,其故障诊断技术深受关注。为此,笔者在汇总、整理现有的反映变压器运行状态各种数据的基础上,根据目前电力部门对变压器故障的监测与检修状况,按组成结构建立电力变压器故障的特征参量及故障模式的对应关系。利用模糊数学方法分析了不同电气试验项目的隶属函数,克服了隶属函数的形式及其参数选取的固定性及主观性。对于油中溶解气体,由于其自身的特点和重要性,先用三比值法判断故障原因,再用TD图中故障点到原点的距离来确定故障隶属度。其次,结合各个指标参量的特点,引入灰色关联法分析其权重分配,最后用综合诊断模型评定变压器故障发生概率。实例表明此方法简单、准确。Oil-immersed power transformers is the most critical devices of power system,and its failure diagnosis technology is deeply concerned.By analyzing a variety of data which reflect the current transformer operation conditions and according to the current transformer fault monitoring and maintenance status in power enterprises,a relationship between failure characteristic parameters and corresponding failure modes was established based on the structure of power transformers.Fuzzy mathematical method was employed to analyze the membership function of different electric test for transformer failure mode,hence the fixity and subjectivity in selection of the membership function and its parameters were overcome.The dissolved gas was first analyzed by three-ratio method to find the cause of fault,and then the fault probability was determine by the distance between the original to the coordinate fault point.Furthermore,by combining the characteristics of various parameters and introducing the gray correlation analysis to determine their weights,the fault probability of a transformer can be evaluated via the comprehensive diagnostic model.The examples show that this method is simple and accurate.
