关于西安老城区历史文化资源GIS数据库建设的思考

摘　　要：目的为了有效地保护和利用西安老城区历史文化资源,提升古都西安的国际文化地位。方法采取历史文献和地理信息系统相结合的方法。结果在实现计算机信息化管理的基础上,对西安老城区文化遗产资源、遗址和文化价值进行基于GIS的量化分析评价,同时能及时监控、管理和控制外界急剧或累积的变化对古建筑、古遗址周边环境造成的影响。在GIS支持下制定近期和远期的历史文化遗产保护规划,并能适时进行监督检查和修改。结论 GIS可以将历史建筑、古遗址等西安老城区的历史文化资源空间位置数据和属性数据展现在二维电子地图或遥感影像上,实现照片、工程图、文档等多媒体信息的连接。另外,GIS与其他相关技术结合,实现不同学科领域间的沟通,以满足文物保护对多方面学科知识和利用各种不同信息资源的需要。Aim In order to effectively protect and utilize the historical culture resources of the city of Ming-Qing Dynasty of Xi′an,and to prompt the international culture status of ancient capital of Xi′an.Methods The historical documentinvestigation and Geographic Information Systems（GIS） are used.Results GIS could monitor timely and manage dynamically the Historical culture resources of the city of Ming-Qing Dynasty of Xi′an.Based on the computer information management,the historical culture resources of the city of Ming-Qing Dynasty of Xi′an were analyzed and evaluated with GIS analysis quantitatively.At the same time,the sharp changes or gradual change from outside were monifored,managed and controled timely,which in fluence to the environment of ancient ruins and buildings which is helpful to make the recent or long-term planning for the Xi′an historical culture resources.Conclusion GIS can make the spatial date and attributeable date of the ancient ruins,buildings and other historical culture resources of the city of Ming-Qing Dynasty of Xi′an on the two-dimension electronic maps or remote sensings,to achieve the connection among many photes,drawings,documents and other media information.In addition,GIS can be combineds with different disciplines with other technology,which may help gather many subjects to protect historical heritage and the other information resources.
