摘 要:分析了石墨烯的制备方法及其优缺点,为了实现大量生产石墨烯薄膜,提出了采用有机-无机转化方法制备石墨烯。将高分子量、低分子量分布的聚丙烯腈与二甲基亚砜配制成溶液,并制成分子结构为螺旋线性的截面形状为扁平的石墨烯薄膜带前驱体,前驱体经过热水、蒸汽牵伸(取向度高)、预氧化(环化和交联)和碳化(芳构化)后制成了石墨烯薄膜带。The methods of producing graphene and its relative merits are analysed. To explore the producing of large-scale graphene based films, it is suggested that a new method be proposed, which is based on the process of transforming from organic polymer into inorganic substance. The graphene based thin films precursors are firstly produced by the solution prepared with dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) and polyacrylonitrile(PAN) of high molecular weight (HMW) and of low molecular weight distribution(MWD), the precursors with flat cross sections are drawn with hotwater and steam( high degree of orientation), and preliminary carried out heat treatment in oxidizing(cyclization and crosslinking) and carbonization (aromatization) stage, at last the graphene based thin films are prepared.
