摘  要:在室温下,采用分步滴定法得到高亮度LED所用的Y3-x-yGdxCeyAl5O12荧光粉,并以0.1mol/L的碳酸氢铵和氨水为沉淀剂,将其分步滴入金属盐离子混合液中,研究了掺杂Gd离子对荧光粉发光性能的影响。结果表明,以Ce为激活中心,最佳掺量为0.06,加入助熔剂后,荧光粉的发光性能提高了50%左右;随着Gd^3+取代量的增加,荧光粉样品发射光谱的峰值波长可红移5-10nm,同时,Gd^3+对发光中心Ce^3+的影响增强,当取代浓度32为0.1时发光最强。XRD测试结果表明Gd离子的掺入对YAG相的形成并没有影响。At room temperature, the high-brightness LED with Y3-x-y Gdx Cey Al3O12 yellow phosphor was obtained by step-by-step precipitation method, and using 0. 1mol/L ammonium bicarbonate and aqueous ammonia as the precipitation agent. The effect of doping Gd3+ ions in Y3-x-y GdxCey Al3O12 phosphor on luminescent enhaucement was studied. The results show that the relative intensity increases with increasing content of Ce, and achieving the maximum value is y=0. 06, By doping flux, phosphor light-emitting performance improves over 50 percent, the peak wavelength changes about 5-10nm with the addition of Gd3+ , With the increase of replacing quantity, the influence of Gd3+ on Ce3+ is also enhanced, Luminescent intensity of phosphor achieved is highest when x = 0. 1. The results of XRD shows that the phase of YAG doesn't change when Gd3+ doping.
