摘  要:云南省的高磷铁矿具有其独特性,不但难选,而且难以大量应用于高炉炼铁,因此高磷铁矿的处理是云南省钢铁企业亟待解决的一个问题。主要介绍了一种富氧顶吹熔融还原冶炼技术,并采用该技术处理一种高磷铁矿,研究了富氧率和风量对炉温的影响,重点分析了炉渣的性质,并通过测定冶炼后生铁和炉渣中各元素的百分含量讨论了此工艺的冶炼效果。High phosphorus iron ore in Yunnan province possesses its specificity. It is not only hard to beneficiate,but also difficult to be extensively used in blast furnace ironmaking. Therefore,how to process such high phosphorus iron ores is a burning problem needed to be settled in steel companies in Yunnan province. The oxygen enrichment top-blown smelting reduction technology was introduced. Also one kind of high phosphorus iron ore was pro- cessed with oxygen enrichment top-blown smelting reduction technology. The effect of oxygen enrichment percentage and blowing rate on furnace 'temperature were studied. The properties of the slag were analyzed and the metallurgical effect of this technology was also discussed by measuring element percentage composition in the pig iron and slag after smelting.
