摘 要:通过γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)和正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)的水解反应来制备超支化有机硅聚合物,并将制备的超支化有机硅聚合物加入到端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)中,固化后得到亲水性硅橡胶。采用傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱仪(IR)、接触角测定仪对制备的硅橡胶进行了表征,同时测定了硅橡胶的力学性能。结果表明,超支化有机硅聚合物可以显著改善硅橡胶的亲水性,降低硅橡胶与蒸馏水的接触角,并在一定程度上提高硅橡胶的力学性能。The hydrophilic silicone rubbers were prepared using hyperbranched silicone polymers, tetraethoxysilane(TEOS), catalyst and hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) via mix And hyperbranched silicone polymers above were prepared by hydrolysis reactions of deionized water, 7-aminopropyltrietoxisilan(KH-550) and TEOS. The hydrophilic silicone rubbers were analyzed and characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), the contact angle measurement, and the physical properties of rubbers were tested. Results reveal that the hyperbranched silicone polymers can significantly improve the hydrophilicity of silicone rubbers, the contact angles of silicone rubber and water decrease, and the mechanical properties of hydrophilic silicone rubbers are improved to some extent.
